Self-studying APES
“Since i was self-studying for APES, the ultimate review packet and unit videos were my only resources during my prep. The videos gave me more than enough content to write the exam, and the frqs from the ultimate review packet helped me gauge how the actual exam would be structured.”
AGAkshara G.AP Environmental Science Student
A 105 average
“It prepared me for my tests. I ended the year with a 105 average! … Unit review videos helped me do quick overviews for concepts, enabling me to score higher on my tests.”
GHGracie H.AP Environmental Science Student
Never took the class
“I didn’t even take the class, solely relied on the packet, and yet felt very well prepared for my exam.”
LMLevi M.AP Environmental Science Student
The math review
“Loved the unit reviews of course, but the real rock star was the math review. The problem styles that Mr Smedes reviewed showed up multiple times on the AP test, and I felt a lot more confident on the math FRQ”
LHLola H.AP Environmental Science Student
Worth more than anything else
“The videos on the packet are worth more then any study tool I used the whole year. The money is worth it for all the review sections.”
CCChloe C.AP Environmental Science Student
Solidifying what class covered
“This packet genuinely helped me so much. While I learned the materials in class, this packet made me feel more confident in myself and solidified my knowledge from the courses.”
SCShannon C.AP Environmental Science Student
Practice exams and feedback
“The packet has a lot of videos explaining topics and loads of review notes templates. The most useful part is the practice exams and the feedback URP provides.”
JTJuno T.AP Environmental Science Student
MCQs and FRQs
“This packet is full of in depth unit review information as well as practice MCQs and FRQs which are very helpful to feeling prepared for the exam.”
JCJulia C.AP Environmental Science Student
An online student with no AP teacher
“This takes the stress out of preparing for the AP exam and really sets you up for success. … This was the only AP Environmental Science prep that i could find that was structured and set up for students for success.”
APAdilaide P.AP Environmental Science Student
Two weeks to prepare
“I came into AP Environmental Science with no formal background and only about two weeks to prepare. The packet was incredibly helpful, but Mr. Smedes' advice and explanations were just as valuable.”
SCSrijit C.AP Environmental Science Student
Where the Exam Slayer helps
“The free YouTube content is great but the Exam Slayer is the big thing that helps get the score up.”
AOAshe O.AP Environmental Science Student
Just like the real exam
“The practice tests were good, and the online MCQ test was just like the real APES Exam.”
RRamAP Environmental Science Student
FRQs for every unit
“The different set of practice FRQs for each unit is the most valuable feature because it really tests your understanding.”
SSShashank S.AP Environmental Science Student
Before every unit test
“Use this before each unit test. Best APES review out there by far, and certainly worth the money. Made the class a breeze and the exam even easier.”
AVAndy V.AP Environmental Science Student
Harder practice, easier exam
“Prepare as much as possible, take advantage of the practice FRQ’s and do lots of practice tests. I felt the test was a million times easier than any practice I did which is probably one of the reasons I was able to score a 5.”
