I paid. How do I access the courses?
Login and click on "My Dashboard" on the top of the page. This will take you to your courses.

I don't see my course on my dashboard. Where is it?
Some users accidentally make multiple accounts under different emails. If you have paid for a course, and don't see it on your dashboard, it is likely that you logged in under a different account. Double check the email you used to purchase the course before contacting customer support.

My password isn't working. What do I do?
Passwords must be typed slowly. If it still doesn't work, you can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the Sign In page.

Some of the resources in my course are missing. Where are they?
Our content creators continually make and update videos and resources. Some features may be unavailable for a short period of time.

I thought the packet was one large PDF. Where is the packet?
The Ultimate Review Packet is not one large PDF. It includes videos, study guides, answer keys, practice questions, guided notes, and practice exams. These are organized by unit so you can print out only what you need.

How do I print the answer keys?
All study guides, FRQs, and practice question include answers. In most cases you cannot download and print the answer keys. These resources are designed to help you practice. Their benefit comes from filling them out, not just printing them off and reading them.

I'm a teacher. Can I use the Ultimate Review Packet with my students?
No. Each Ultimate Review Packet is sold with a per-student license for one school year. If you want to use the study guides, videos, or exams in the packet, each of your students must have a license. We do offer bulk discounts. To learn more, click on the word "teachers" at the bottom of the page.
